The employment of modern technologies is widespread in our society, so the inclusion practical activities for education has become essential and useful at same time. These are more noticeable Engineering, areas such as cybersecurity, data science, artificial intelligence, etc. Additionally, these acquire even relevance with a distance methodology, case is. clear advantages, (1) promoting critical thinking (2) improving students’ abilities skills their professional careers. There several options, use remote virtual laboratories, reality game-based platforms, among others. This work addresses development new cloud educational platform, which defines modular flexible architecture (using light containers). provides interactive monitoring services storage transparent way. platform uses gamification to integrate game part instructional process. CyberScratch project particular implementation this focused on cybersecurity activities. privacy management issue kinds designed feature integrated components. To achieve goal, we first focus all aspects generated by considering European legal context following GDPR ISO/IEC TR 20748-1:2016 recommendations Learning Analytics (LA).
